Prices for commissioned work:

Commissioned murals are $400 a square yard. Scaffolding must be provided. Air flights, food, and lodging must be provided for, as well as transportation if destination is more than 20 minutes away. Gas for 30 minute drive must be provided for.  50% of all commissioned mural work is due up front. When mural work is 50% completed, half of remaining 50% is due. When mural is finished remaining fourth is due. All areas for murals must be ready for painting. Any changes in middle of project may change the price. During consultation a quick drawing will be done to show what mural will look like; to show exactly what mural will look like would require a complete drawing and color which could cost. Pictures out of magazines or books are very welcomed and can be copied to look almost like them, which would keep cost down on a predrawing.

Canvas work varies on detail. About $400 a square yard. If very detailed it could be more.

Hardwood varies on detail also; normally $400 a square yard and an extra $250 for carpentry, sanding and priming.

Head boards or foot boards will have to have hard wear put on after painting by someone of your choice.

All furniture to be painted must be stripped and primed ready for painting.

I do require all things primed with a Kilz 2 latex  primer, please no generics.
